AUSTRALIA Pudding for Ko ERIC’s Birthday

 Today is Ko ERIC’s birthday. I consider him as my ‘BIG BRO’, who’s a loyal, kind-hearted and family man. His wife, Ce ERNI, is also a kind-herted and calm person. And, their children, Charlize and Franchoise are cute and active ones.

Ko ERIC’s a great chef, who owns THE ROCKS Resto in Surabaya. Really two thumbs up for his appetizer, main courses, and of course, his tempting dessert. I can’t say NO for  his PANCAKE, WAFFLE, and other yummy dessert!!

One of my favorite dessert is THE ROCKS’ BREAD’n'BUTTER Pudding. Really really love it!!
