AUSTRALIA Pudding for Ko ERIC’s Birthday

 Today is Ko ERIC’s birthday. I consider him as my ‘BIG BRO’, who’s a loyal, kind-hearted and family man. His wife, Ce ERNI, is also a kind-herted and calm person. And, their children, Charlize and Franchoise are cute and active ones. 🙂

Ko ERIC’s a great chef, who owns THE ROCKS Resto in Surabaya. Really two thumbs up for his appetizer, main courses, and of course, his tempting dessert. I can’t say NO for  his PANCAKE, WAFFLE, and other yummy dessert!! 🙂

One of my favorite dessert is THE ROCKS’ BREAD’n’BUTTER Pudding. Really really love it!!

This is a very simple car pudding. I put chocolate pudding for the outside, and the layer inside are cookies’n’cream and mocha, which is the most favorite flavor of the birthday boy. Only if I had more time, I would like to add more stuffs on it.

This Special Birthday Pudding is for a sweet girl,called Cing-Cing.

I put a cute girl doll in the middle of strawberry, vanilla, pandan, and chocolate layer pudding. She’s so excited and happy when she got this special birthday pudding.
